  •       Transactions are in US Dollars, cash, travelers check or certified bank check. No personal checks          or credit cards
  •       Cancellation Policy: 60 Days or more, 100% deposit refund. 30-60 Days, 50% deposit refund. Less          than 30 Days, no deposit refund.
  •       Full payment is due upon arrival, and if the apartment is vacated early, no refund is given.
  •       Additional people over the Maximum limits, $10.00/day.
  •       Cell phones available for $25.00 plus airtime.
  •       Maid service provided for $5.00/day.
